As the Founder and CTO of WavesX AI, Kashif leads the development of AI-driven, real-time revenue intelligence platforms designed to optimize diagnostic coding and reduce administrative burdens in healthcare.
Previously, Kashif served as Head of Platforms for Omnichannel Customer Experience at Humana Inc., where he directed a multi-year cloud and contact-center transformation. His leadership unified over 100 business units and 35,000 associates, supporting 100 million interactions annually and driving over $25M in operational savings. He was instrumental in securing $140M+ in technology investments by partnering with executive leadership to align AI and CX strategies with business value.
