Kurt Neubauer is Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Office of 1stday.ai. As a senior revenue and growth executive with more than 25 years of experience, Kurt has helped financial institutions and technology firms scale through cloud, SaaS, and digital transformation initiatives.
Kurt began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (now PwC), where he worked out of the London office with Global Enterprises based in Europe on international tax and structured finance deals. He later returned to the US, and entered into IT with experience serviced at Siebel Systems, Systech Integrators (SAP Partner), and then co-founding a 50 person consulting firm where he spent 14 years managing.
More recently, Kurt was a Vice President of Sales at Fiserv and senior leader at the global consulting firm, Deloitte Consulting , Kurt consistently delivered record-setting performance, built multi-million-dollar pipelines, and forged trusted C-suite relationships across the global banking and fintech ecosystem. Now an advisor to fintech ventures, he brings a rare blend of Fortune 500 leadership and entrepreneurial execution to driving sustained revenue growth.
As Chief Revenue Officer, he leads the company’s go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and enterprise sales execution, translating complex technology into measurable business outcomes for clients.
Kurt holds a BSBA from Georgetown University. Though born in the US, Kurt is of Mexican and Austrian descent, speaking Spanish fluently and conversational German.
